Communicating with academic staff and peers:

Working from home or small office, you will need an Internet
Service Provider (ISP). An ISP is a company that provides you with access to
the Internet. IIIBF's courses are conducted primarily through the
Internet. Without an ISP, therefore, it is difficult, if not impossible to undertake courses
from home. Your chosen ISP will set up an account, and is your gateway to the
Internet. If you do not know what your e-mail address is, check with your ISP.
