ISLAMIC LAW OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATION

Islamic law of business organization covers the traditional forms of partnerships and an analysis of the modern companies (corporations). The subject has been broken up into several individual topics so that the viewers can focus on the various issues involved. One major question is whether the modern corporation can accommodate the Islamic forms of financing. It has been assumed by many scholars that it does. Making this assumption is valid, but the problems start arising when certain underlying features of corporations start clashing with the Islamic rules and principles.
