The corruption control techniques discussed in this paper may be applied at the level of the individual engagement, accompanied by initiatives at various levels of government, including the highest. To quote from William Henry Harrison's 1841 inaugural address: " A decent and manly examination of the acts of government should be not merely tolerated, but encouraged." Government auditors, utilizing modern technology, are poised to playa crucial and winning role in the war on corruption.
